Refund Policy: 

Refunds are permitted for duplicate membership payments that have been made for the same individual.  We additionally permit the transfer of membership dues from one member of the Longshore Claims Association to another in the event the original member leaves the company that paid for their membership dues.  No other refunds or transfers are permitted.
